Jānis Lama

Jānis Lama

Jānis was a co-founder of the Agiletransformer movement in Latvia, which brings together various Agile practitioners. He is also a board member of the organisation "Agile Latvia". "Agile Latvia" organizes smaller regular meetings and the annual "Agile Day Riga" conference, thus promoting the Agile approach in Latvia. He is also an Agile trainer and lecturer at University of Latvia and RISEBA.

He has extensive experience in Lean-Agile implementation in various organizations from finance, gaming, telecommunications, retail, pharmaceuticals, IT and other industries. He has facilitated many and various Agile seminars, retreats and workshops, and enjoys working with Leadership people on behavioural and culture topics.

Jānis is currently working at "Printify" as Head of Product Operations and as an Organisational consultant is helping several large organisations in the Baltics and Scandinavia to overcome challenges for enabling Lean-Agile environment and mindset in the organisation. The main focus and strong points of Jānis are: tackling the mindset and practices of organisational leaders, goal setting and portfolio level transparency, process excellence with focus on the customer value and minimising waste, organisational structures for collaboration, innovation and teamwork, and facilitating the company on the path of continuous improvement.

Jānis has gained various Lean-Agile related certifications and is a well-known trainer, coach and mentor. He likes to work accordingly to the principle "Stop Starting, Start Finishing" and strongly believes in Agile values, especially "Individuals and interactions over processes and tools".

Pēteris Rimšs

With over 20 years of experience leading multicultural and multifunctional teams, Pēteris has successfully delivered complex, cross-functional, international, and scalable projects and programs across diverse industries - E-commerce, IT, Finance, Pharmaceuticals, HR services, Marketing, Retail, Public Sector.

A recognized professional and inspiring leader with extensive hands-on experience, he combines Agile and classical project management methods, applying practical tools to deliver value from day one.

He is a certified IPMA Senior Project Manager and Prosci Change Practitioner, holding a Master's degree in Project Management.

Pēteris has led the implementation of the European Medicines Verification System in Latvia (according to EU Delegated Regulation and Directive), managed complex SAP HR IT service (incl. payroll, time tracking, finance and travel mgmt.) implementation projects across Northern Europe, and guided the technical and operational integration of Printify and Printful merger, as well as delivered strategic programs in e-commerce, introducing new standardized operating procedures and optimized workflows, and achieving scalable product rollouts in the US and EU markets.

His approach is characterized by a positive, strategic, and value-driven mindset, applied both in leading teams and designing training programs. Widely recognized as a charismatic leader with high emotional intelligence, he combines empathy with high standards, inspires others, and fosters growth.
